Lacidax reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Nature of the Service
Lacidax is a private educational trading environment providing market commentary, market analysis, trade breakdowns, educational content, community discussion, risk management education, and mentorship-based learning resources.

Lacidax does not:
- Provide personal financial advice
- Provide investment advice
- Manage client funds
- Execute trades on behalf of users
- Operate as a broker or brokerage service
- Operate as an exchange
- Operate as an investment fund
- Guarantee financial outcomes or trading performance

All content provided through Lacidax is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility
To access Lacidax, users must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Successfully complete any application or review process required by Lacidax
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction

Lacidax reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, revoke, or restrict access at its sole discretion.

Access to Lacidax is a privilege and not a guaranteed right.

4. No Financial Advice
All information provided by Lacidax is general in nature and does not take into account any individual's financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, or investment needs.

Nothing contained within Lacidax constitutes:
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Trading advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice

Members remain solely responsible for all trading, investing, and financial decisions they make.

5. No Reliance
Members acknowledge that all market commentary, educational content, trade discussions, trade examples, market analysis, opinions, and community discussions are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

No information provided by Lacidax should be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading, investing, or financial decision.

Members are responsible for conducting their own research and exercising independent judgement.

6. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies, futures, perpetual contracts, derivatives, leveraged products, and other financial instruments involves significant risk.

By using Lacidax, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Losses may exceed initial deposits
- Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Trading involves substantial financial risk
- Loss of capital is possible

All trading decisions are made entirely at your own risk.

Lacidax accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred by members.



7. No Client Relationship
Use of Lacidax does not create any:
- Advisor-client relationship
- Fiduciary relationship
- Broker-client relationship
- Partnership
- Joint venture
- Employment relationship
- Agency relationship

Members remain fully independent and solely responsible for their own trading and financial activities.

8. Membership and Access
Lacidax operates as a controlled-access environment.

Applications may be approved, rejected, waitlisted, suspended, or revoked at the sole discretion of Lacidax.

Lacidax reserves the right to:
- Modify membership offerings
- Restrict access levels
- Suspend memberships
- Remove members
- Refuse applications
- Revoke access
without providing a reason.

Membership access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, sold, sublicensed, or provided to any third party.



9. Fees, Payments and Subscriptions
Membership fees are payable in advance.

Unless otherwise required by law:
- All payments are non-refundable
- Partial billing periods are not prorated
- Missed payments may result in suspension of access
- Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in termination

Members are responsible for cancelling recurring subscriptions prior to the next billing cycle.

10. Community Standards
Members agree to maintain a respectful, professional, and constructive environment.

The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment
- Abuse
- Threatening behaviour
- Spam
- Unauthorised promotion
- Sharing private member information
- Misrepresentation
- Illegal activity
- Disruptive conduct

Lacidax reserves the right to remove any member whose behaviour is deemed harmful to the community or inconsistent with community standards.

11. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Lacidax remains the exclusive property of Lacidax.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- Market commentary
- Educational materials
- Trade breakdowns
- Written content
- Videos
- Frameworks
- Graphics
- Community resources
- Live sessions
- Recordings

Members may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Republish
- Redistribute
- Resell
- Record
- Share

Any Lacidax content without prior written permission.

Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action where applicable.



12. Confidentiality
Members agree not to disclose, distribute, reproduce, or publicly share:
- Private community discussions
- Member information
- Educational resources
- Trade reviews
- Internal materials
- Proprietary frameworks
- Private communications

Lacidax maintains a controlled-access environment and expects members to respect the confidentiality of all private resources.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lacidax, its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, representatives, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Investment losses
- Loss of profits
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Missed opportunities
- Decisions made using information obtained through Lacidax

Use of Lacidax is entirely at the member's own risk.



14. Termination
Lacidax may suspend or terminate access immediately if a member:
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions
- Shares private content
- Violates community standards
- Engages in unlawful conduct
- Misuses the platform

No refunds will be provided where termination results from a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Privacy
By submitting an application, creating an account, or using Lacidax, members consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to:
- Review applications
- Operate memberships
- Communicate with users
- Improve services
- Maintain community standards
- Process payments

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operating entity of Lacidax.

Any dispute arising from the use of Lacidax shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts governing the operating entity.

##17. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Lacidax memberships, educational content, community access, mentorship services, and other digital products, all payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Membership cancellations will prevent future recurring charges but do not entitle the member to a refund for the current billing period.
